Customer Referral Gift Card Program – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: November 4, 2026
Frontier of California Insurance Brokerage, doing business as Frontier Insurance Brokerage ("Frontier"), offers a customer referral gift card program subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
Frontier appreciates the confidence and business of its customers. As a token of appreciation, Frontier offers existing customers the opportunity to introduce friends, family members, business associates, or other prospective customers who may benefit from Frontier's insurance services.
2. Eligibility and Gift Card Requirements
Participation is exclusively available to existing customers of Frontier Insurance Brokerage.
Only existing Frontier customers are eligible to receive referral gift cards.
A qualifying referral consists of a genuine introduction of an individual or business to Frontier for potential insurance services.
A gift card will be awarded to the referring customer upon receipt of a qualifying referral.
The referred individual or business is under no obligation to respond, request an insurance quote, purchase a policy, or become a Frontier customer.
Gift card eligibility is not contingent upon any insurance transaction, quote, policy purchase, premium amount, or commission earned by Frontier.
Referrals must be genuine introductions and not merely lists of names or contact information obtained without the individual's permission.
3. Referral Requirements
The referring individual must be an existing Frontier customer at the time of the referral.
The referring customer must have permission from the referred individual before providing their contact information to Frontier.
Referring customers may introduce prospective customers but may not discuss, recommend, negotiate, or represent specific insurance coverage or policy terms on behalf of Frontier unless appropriately licensed and authorized.
Frontier reserves the right to verify referrals and determine whether eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
4. Gift Card Distribution
Gift cards will be issued directly to eligible referring customers upon confirmation of a qualifying introduction.
Gift cards are non-transferable, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The gift card amount and any applicable restrictions will be communicated by Frontier.
Frontier reserves the right to establish reasonable limits on the number of qualifying referrals.
5. Privacy and Information Protection
Frontier respects the privacy of individuals participating in the referral program.
Personal information collected in connection with the referral program will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Frontier will not sell personal information collected through this program.
Information collected through the referral program will not be used for unsolicited email marketing, telephone marketing, or promotional solicitation.
Information provided by a referred individual will be used only for responding to an insurance inquiry if one is made, providing requested insurance quotations, and other legitimate administrative or legal purposes.
Information may be shared with insurance carriers, wholesalers, service providers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to fulfill an insurance request or comply with applicable legal requirements.
6. Program Modification or Discontinuation
Frontier Insurance Brokerage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral gift card program at any time, with or without prior notice.
Any changes to the program will not affect gift cards already earned through completed qualifying referrals prior to the effective date of such changes, except where prohibited by applicable law.
7. General Conditions
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Participation is voluntary and does not establish an employment, agency, partnership, or independent contractor relationship with Frontier.
The program is subject to all applicable federal and California laws and regulations.
Frontier reserves the right to deny participation or disqualify referrals involving fraud, misrepresentation, or violations of these terms.
If any provision of these terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
